We want to assure you that before opening after lockdown we undertook a full Risk Assessment and have adopted a stringent Covid-19 safety policy.

We appreciate that for many people one of the pleasures of staying here is the personal interaction with us and other guests. Sadly, due to the current restrictions caused by COVID-19 this will be very different for the time being.

We believe it is paramount that we protect our guests and ourselves, but most importantly we want to make your stay special whilst keeping us all safe from infection.

We have introduced a key safe for contact free check in and hand sanitiser to use before entering the premises.  

We have always maintained extremely high standards of cleanliness and have only needed to tweak these slightly.  All door handles  and banister rails are sanitised regularly throughout the day and many items of potential risk have unfortunately (and hopefully temporarily) been removed from use.  

We aim to have 24 hours between each room booking and can assure you that your room has been deep cleaned and sanitised prior to your arrival.

At busy times breakfast will be served in sittings to minimise the number of guests in the dining room,  and tables are spaced at least 2m apart.
